Terms of Service
Last updated: May 1, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of Dispatch private beta products and services.
1. Beta Access
Dispatch is currently offered as a private beta. Features, limits, pricing, delivery behavior, and access may change while the service is hardened. Use Dispatch at your own risk, and do not rely on Dispatch as the only path for irreplaceable production mail until you have tested your workflow.
2. Secrets and Wallet Safety
Do not submit wallet private keys, seed phrases, mnemonic phrases, raw key material, or unrelated API secrets to Dispatch. x402 and wallet claim flows use wallet addresses, signed messages, signatures, transaction references, and payment metadata; Dispatch servers do not need or store wallet private keys. You are responsible for rotating any secret you accidentally disclose.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for activity under your account, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring that inbox and API usage remains authorized and lawful.
4. Acceptable Use
- No spam, phishing, abuse, or unlawful messaging.
- No attempts to bypass quotas, access controls, or billing requirements.
- No reverse engineering or interference with service integrity.
5. Paid Plans and Billing
Some features require paid activation. You agree to provide valid payment details and to pay applicable fees and taxes for your selected plan.
6. Service Changes
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. Planned changes will be communicated when practical, especially for beta-impacting behavior.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Dispatch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispatch and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, security risk, abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time.
