Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 1, 2026
This policy covers Dispatch private beta services, including the web app, API, and CLI.
Private Beta Notice
Dispatch is currently a private beta. Features, limits, pricing, deliverability behavior, and access may change while we harden the service. Private beta means hands-on support, changing limits, and a focus on real agent workflows. Do not rely on Dispatch as the only path for irreplaceable production mail until your workflow has been tested.
Data Dispatch Servers Do Not Store
- Wallet private keys, seed phrases, mnemonic phrases, or raw wallet key material.
- Private keys used by the CLI; the CLI reads key material locally to sign wallet messages.
- Full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or card security codes handled by Stripe.
- Plaintext account passwords; passwords are stored as password hashes.
For x402 and wallet claim flows, Dispatch receives wallet addresses, signed messages, signatures, transaction references, and payment metadata. Signing happens in your wallet or local CLI. Do not paste private keys or seed phrases into support requests; if a secret is accidentally disclosed, rotate it immediately.
Data We Collect
- Account data such as email address, authentication metadata, and workspace linkage.
- Inbox and mail metadata required to deliver, route, and display messages.
- Operational logs, API usage, and diagnostics needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Billing and payment status metadata for paid plans.
How We Use Data
- Provide inbox operations, code extraction workflows, and message history.
- Authenticate users and secure account and inbox access.
- Monitor service health, prevent misuse, and improve product reliability.
- Support billing, compliance, and customer support workflows.
Sharing and Processors
Dispatch uses infrastructure and payment subprocessors to run the service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data when required by law or to enforce service security and abuse controls.
Retention and Security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve incidents, and satisfy legal obligations. Dispatch applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet system is risk-free.
